Obituary

Sharon L Stern, 81 of Pulaski and formerly of Lacona, passed away Monday December 19, 2022 at St Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

Sharon was born February 8, 1941 in Bridgeport, CT to John and Elizabeth “Pam” Phillips. She was a Registered Nurse at St Joseph’s CPEP and at Benjamin Rush (specializing in eating disorders).

She loved spending time on Sandy Pond, golfing, traveling, caring for others, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.

Sharon is survived by her sons and daughters in law Dr Scott (Rachel) Stern, Lowville, NY, Shawn (Sherry) Stern, Pulaski, NY, Todd (Nichole) Stern, Yanceyville, NC, sisters Peg (Bruce) Romano, Linda (Toby) Tobin, grandchildren, Nikita Pisik, Tyler Stern, David Stern, Derrick Stern, Olivia Stern, great grandchildren Giana Pisik and Anna Pisik.

She was predeceased by her husband Dr David M Stern and her parents Jack and Pam Phillips.

Calling Hours will be Tuesday December 27th from 4-6pm at Summerville Funeral Home.

Donations may be made in her honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
