Russell W Neill, Sr

Russell W. Neill, Sr. 79 passed away October 4, 2022 at VA Medical Center in Syracuse.

Russell was born January 9, 1943 in the Town of Richland to Archie and Inez (Crouse) Neill. He was a graduate of Pulaski High School. After high school he served in the United States Navy from 1961-1966 as an aviation mechanic. He married Lorraine Hayes; she passed in 2003. After returning home from his time in the service he became a Quality Control Inspector at Rollaway Bearing in Liverpool for many years. Russell was a member of both the VFW and American Legion.

Surviving is his children; Russell Neill, Jr and Joe Maruscsak, longtime companion Annie Francis and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Celebration of is being planned for a later date. Burial will be private at Pulaski Village Cemetery
