Richard Tschauder Obituary

Richard J Tschauder 98 of Richland, NY passed away June 28, 2023 at Sunnyside Care Center in East Syracuse. Richard was born in Waterbury CT September 28, 1924 to Joseph and Florence (Neikam) Tschauder. He was a graduate of Beacon Falls High School. Richard served in the United States Army during World War II. He married Edna Tirrell in 1950.

Richard enjoyed hunting and fishing and belonged to a CB Radio Club and a Rock and Mineral Club.

Surviving is two sons; Richard (Debbie)Tschauder, Jr , son and daughter in law Tara (Keoni) McKee, Thomas (Margaret) Tschauder’ grandchildren; Tara (Keoni) McKee, Chris (Amanda) Tschauder, Tammy (Joe) Fryman, Malinda (Jeremy) Davis, Michael (Amanda) Tschauder, Rachael (Tim) Regan, great grandchildren; Lucas McKee, Jameson Tschauder, Elizabeth Davis, Victoria Regan.

He was predeceased by a son Daniel Tschauder and a brother Harold.

There are no service at this time. Burial will be at a later date in Connecticut.
