Randy A McNitt

Randy A McNitt, 56 of Lacona passed away unexpectedly Monday November 29, 2021.

Calling Hours will be Monday December 6, 2021 from 12-2pm at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sandy Creek Fire hall at 4pm.

Randy was born December 20, 1964 in Watertown to Richard and Sally (Gladle) McNitt. He attended Sandy Creek School and was employed by Local 1822 Laborer’s Union, Massena, NY for the last 32 years. Randy Married Teri VanBuren September 8, 1990.

Randy belonged to the VFW Horseshoe league and enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, boating and the demolition derby. He also coached Little League Baseball.

Surviving are his wife Theresa, was his mother Sally, his children, Joseph (Sarah) Porter, Syrah (Wilfrid) Nicaisse, Logan (Katie) McNitt, Mason (Jenna) McNitt, grandchildren, Devon Porter, Hannah, Zoë, Jonah, Ian and Mila Nicaisse, Nolan McNitt, Annabelle Griffin, his siblings, Rick McNitt, Roxanne McNitt, Rory (Kimberly) McNitt. He was predeceased by his father Richard, a brother Ryan and a sister Robin.
