Mercian R. Vincent, 79, formerly of Pulaski, New York, passed away April 5, 2025 at Fish
Memorial Hospital in Orange City Florida. Born in 1946, she was the adopted daughter of
Nathan and Eleanor Spurr in Fulton, New York. After graduating from Fulton’s G.R. Brodley
High School in 1963, Mercian went on to receive her hairdressing license and then later
became an EMT/Medic for NOCA Ambulance Corporation for 22 years.
Mercian married Robert A. Vincent, 1964, and together they settled in Pulaski where they
lived out their lives and raised their 3 children. She was active in her community; Eastern
Star, Methodist Church, and NOCA Ambulance. After retirement, Mercian and Robert
settled in Orange City, Florida
Mercian is survived by her three children Robert A. Vincent (Theresa)of Savanah, Georgia;
Tracy Dillabough (Steven) Sandy Creek, New York; and Pamela Garno (Melissa) of Daytona,
Florida; several granddaughters and numerous great grandchildren.
