Mary Jane (Tousant) Chatterton

Mary Jane Chatterton, 60 of Altmar passed away Tuesday January 31, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.

Mary Jane was born August 4, 1962 in Oswego, NY to Levi and Beverly G (Hamilton) Tousant. She was a 1981 graduate of Sandy Creek High School. Mary Jane married her first love Roger Chatterton August 4, 1990 at Park United Methodist Church in Pulaski. He passed August 21, 1997. She worked for Kemper Insurance for 22 years and then worked at Pulaski Urgent care as a receptionist/phlebotomist.

Mary Jane loved motorcycling and her flower gardens.

Surviving is her second love Richard Corlis, Sr., siblings; Levi (Jamie) Tousant, Jr., Donna and Mike Cooper, Ed Tousant and Robin Cooper, children Teresa and Drew Rude, Deborah Chatterton Hilton, Robert Chatterton, grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Levi and Grace a sibling Jonny and her first husband Roger.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 11, 2023, 11:00am at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. Rev Ed Bennett officiating.

Donations may be made in her name to a Memorial Scholarship being set up through Pulaski Urgent Care.
