Joyce E Barclay

Joyce E Barclay, 84 , of Pulaski, passed away Sunday April 22,2018 at the Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville, NY.

Joyce was born January 16, 1934 in the Town of Richland to the late Herbert and Hazel (DeGraw) Spath.  She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1952.

Joyce married Sanford J. “Jack Barclay in Syracuse in 1953. She worked as a data processor for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Co in Syracuse until her retirement.

Surviving ar two sons Sanford Barclay, Jr, Michael S Barclay two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There are no calling hours. Burial will be private at South Richland Cemetery.

Arrangement are with Summerville Funeral Home.
