James R Litts, 86 of Pulaski, NY passed away April 17, 2026 at Oswego Hospital.

James was born March 2, 1940 in Pulaski to Clarence (Pete) and Florence Litts. He attended Pulaski High School until he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1965 and served in the reserves until 1992. He later became a welder and belonged to the Boilermakers Union. He also owned and operated Jim’s Archery for many years. He married Jane McCaw.

James was a longtime member of the Pulaski Fire Dept. and the Pulaski Bowling League including the 700 Club. He enjoyed archery, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Jane, sister in laws Lois Bergstrom and Helen McCaw and a brother in law Lawrence Secor.

Burial was at Daysville Cemetery, Pulaski.
