Faron Cronk Obituary

Faron Keith Cronk, 57, of Mannsville passed away in his home on Sunday, November 4th, 2018. Faron was born on August 28, 1961 in Syracuse, NY, to James Cronk and Donna Stowell-Babcock.  He graduated from Sandy Creek Central School in 1979, and served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1986. He married Julie Ann Miller on November 24, 1979. He worked for The Fulton Companies in Pulaski, NY, for 30 years. Faron was a member of the Sandy Creek Community Park Association. He was a born again Christian who is now in the loving arms of his Lord, Jesus Christ. He always enjoyed being outside, riding his motorcycle, camping, and going for long car rides, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Julie; children Shannon and Justin; grandchildren Tyler and Alexis; siblings, Jim Cronk Jr, Washington, Terry Babcock, Texas, Christina Babcock, Norwich, Jonathan Babcock, Fulton, and Tracy Babcock, Norwich.

Faron was predeceased by his mother, Donna, and step-father, James Babcock.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 11th, 2018 at 2:00pm at the Lacona VFW in Lacona, NY. Per Faron’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.  In lieu of flower donations, please feel free to use monetary funds towards a charity of your choice in memory of Faron.
