Ember Leeah Pottenburgh

Ember Leeah Pottenburgh was born as our angel on earth, Tuesday April 28th, 2020. At just 28 weeks gestation, Ember brought sunshine to our lives at first sight. Looking into her soft blue eyes gave reassurance of the love and compassion she would have shared with her family. Her presence brought the room to life, capturing everyone’s attention with features of perfection.

Ember was already loved so deeply by her parents; Tammi Williams (Goodnough) and Timothy Pottenburgh. The love for our sweet girl grows on with her six siblings; Zachory Pottenburgh, Micayla Pottenburgh, Jarod Williams, Jasmyn Williams, Jacob Williams and Brynley Pottenburgh (Sissy).

Though her beautiful light will not be shared with the world, Ember’s family will keep her fire burning for the remainder of their years. Her auburn red hair, button nose and all-around beauty will be celebrated with immense love to forever remember our sweet Ember.

Life is short, but you were supposed to be with us through it. Never did we imagine life without you in the comfort of our own home and the warmth of our arms. We love you more than words can describe and want you to know we are already proud of everything you would have accomplished in your life. Our promise to you is that this is not how things were supposed to be and if we had a chance, we would give anything to have just one more minute with you. Our biggest regret is knowing that your innocence was taken for granted in just a simple movement and our ability to protect you was taken from us. We will hold you close and remember your beautiful light with everything we do. In the hours we held you, it felt like a lifetime of knowing you, but that will never be enough. Our memories of you remain vibrant and for that, you will never be alone.

We will love for a lifetime, sweet angel.
