Clifford W Taylor, Jr

Clifford “Joe” W Taylor, Jr., 77 of Sandy Creek passed away Tuesday August 22, 2023 at his home.

Clifford was born June 23, 1946 in Edwards, NY to Clifford and Grace (Pierce) Taylor, Sr. He served in the United States Army from 1968-70 and was injured in Vietnam. Clifford married Linda Miller in 1972. He was a member of the Lacona Cable Trail VFW. He loved working on engines especially lawn mowers.

Clifford is survived by his children; Scott Mattice, Amy Acome (Zachary), Angel Tilkins (Joey), a brother George Taylor,3 sister in laws and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Linda in 2022, a son Dale, 2 sisters, 5 grandsons and his in laws Keitha and Howard Miller and Everett Richer.

Calling Hours will be Monday August 28th from 5-7pm at Summerville Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be Tuesday August 29th, 11am at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sandy Creek.
