Carleton E Phelps

Carleton E. Phelps 81 Redfield Passed away Monday July 5th 2021 at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse.

Born in Rome N.Y. July 18th 1939. Son  of Albert L. Phelps and Sarah E. Wilkinson. He was a graduate Of Camden Central High School. Married Adele L. Anstette. Retired From Camden Wire Oneida Ltd. A graduate of Jefferson Community College.

   Surviving are sister Anita Lockhart Spainhower, three children daughter Yvonne E Phelps (Roy J Davis) and son Albert H Phelps Redfield and daughter Arlene L Alton Oswego. Five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded by parents Albert and Sarah Phelps, wife Adele, sister Caroline and brother in law Bob McDaniels, brother Leslie and sister in law Elizabeth, and brother in laws Frank Lockhart and William David Spainhower.
