Anna (Annie) Mae Johnson, 87 of Pulaski, NY, passed away in Pulaski March 7, 2026.
Annie was born April 30, 1935 in Pulaski, NY to Lyle Burns and Kathryn Kling Burns Fish. She married Charles E Johnson, Sr, August 31, 1957. Annie started working at General Electric in Syracuse at the age of 17 and then worked at Syracuse China until 1969 at which time she went to work for Pulaski High School cafeteria until retiring in 1983. Annie and Charles moved to Brooksville, FL. Where they resided until Charles’ death in 2019. After which time, Annie moved back to Pulaski to live with her sister Carol Kinney.
Annie was mom to three daughters, Sandy Lyboult- Brooklyn, NY, Bonnie (Lance) Stowell -Knoxville, TN. and Sherry (Vic) Buskirk -Pulaski, NY and two sons Rick Johnson (deceased) and Charles (Val) Johnson-Pulaski, NY.
Annie has nine grandchildren, Trevor Stowell and Staci Grayson-Knoxville, TN, Lindsey Aylesworth-Godley, TX, , Heidi Johnson-Altmar, NY, Shane Johnson-Searcy AR, Tom Sperati-Pulaski, NY, Denice Sperati and Cady Eastwood-Central Square, NY and Joseph Lyboult-Brooklyn, NY and 20 great grandchildren.
Annie's siblings are three bothers; Leroy Kling, James Burns and Mike Burns(all deceased); five sisters; Marie Burns, Patty Burns(both deceased), Carol Kinney, Bette Woolson and Bonnie Ridgeway all of Pulaski, NY.
There are no services at this time. Burial will be in the spring at South Richland Cemetery.
