Nancy J. Scott, 64 of Sandy Creek, passed away Saturday evening at the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown.

Born September 3, 1952 is Syracuse, NY to Earl and Marjorie (Todd) Congdon. She graduated from Central Tech High School in Syracuse in 1969. Nancy was an active member of the Sandy Creek, Orwell, Pulaski Seniors Group and served as President for 6 years and Treasurer for 3 years.

Surviving are her daughter Paula Scott, son Jody (Jean) Scott; step children; Sydney Shaw, John Shaw, Jackie Capstraw and Joey Shaw, two sisters; Lori Gray and Marsha Mityga; four grandchildren; Austyn Scott, Sierra Scott, Ricky Scott and James Manchester. She was predeceased by a son James Scott.

Burial will take place Saturday July 1, 2017, 11:00am at Richland Cemetery. A Memorial Celebration will be at the family home immediately following the burial.
