Skied with Jack, David, Mary Ellen and his family at Wisp Mountain in Maryland for perhaps 10 years. I never knew a finer man. We made numerous overnight trips to Tuckerman's Ravine where I discovered Jack in his 50's could outski most in their 20's. A good friend and a great skiing pal. God Bless.

The lessons Jack taught me were not limited to skiing and mountaineering. His passion for the outdoors and specifically the mountains infected many, in addition to myself. Frequently, thoughts of him have and will continue to bring a smile to my face. Thanks for what you've done to make it possible for him to share part of his life with me.
