Evelyn W. Kellogg, 94, of Pulaski passed away peacefully Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse.  Evelyn was born January 2, 1923 in Taberg, NY to Harold and Ruth (Dixon) Wattenbe.  She graduated from Camden High School in 1942 then attended Central City Business Institute (CCBI), graduating in 1945. Evelyn worked at Gaylord Brothers in Syracuse where she met her husband, Harris Kellogg.  They married June 23, 1948 at her parents' home in Taberg.  In 1960 the couple purchased and ran Wheeler General Store in Ricard.  She also worked for a time at Altmar Elementary School as an Aide. 

 Evelyn was a member of Ricard Grange #993 for nearly 55 years, Sunset Harbor Church, Summerfield, Florida, the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Quilt Club in Pulaski and the Springbrook Tenants Association.  She enjoyed painting, quilting, knitting, traveling and spending winters in Florida.  

Surviving are her children, Lester (Pam) Kellogg of South Carolina, Richard (Sheree) Kellogg of Orwell, Karen (Stephen) Wheeler of Lacona, son in law Richard Bryant of Amboy Center, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  

She was predeceased by her husband Harris, daughter Shirley Kellogg Bryant, son Thomas Kellogg, daughter in law Judy Sloper Kellogg, great granddaughter Hailey Kellogg and sister Bernice O'Donnell.  

Calling Hours will be Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 11am-1pm at the United Wesleyan Church 6118 North Main Street Sandy Creek with the Funeral Service at 1pm.  Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg.
