Dorrie A Santorelli, 78 of Sandy Creek and formerly of Brewster/ Beacon, NY, passed away at the Samaritan Medical Center Friday November 3, 2017.

Dorrie was born August 13, 1939 in New York City to Robert G and Phylis (Martin) Waltenberg. She graduated from Roosevelt High School, Yonkers, NY in 1957. Dorrie earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Duchess Community College in 1987. She worked in publishing for Readers Digest and Guide Post magazines. Dorrie was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and enjoyed taking rides anywhere near water. She will always be remembered for sending cards with encouraging notes.

Surviving are her daughter Barb (David) Haynes, 2 sons Joey and Jeffery Santorelli and two grandsons Kevin and Tony.

She was predeceased by her son Michael and a brother Robert.

The Memorial Service will be held 4pm Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church, Pulaski. A reception will follow at the church.

Donations may be made in her honor to the Calvary Baptist Church 5353 US RT 11, Pulaski, NY 13142.
